Are early bird discounts available?
Yes. Luncheon tickets are $149 per person; however, there is an early bird discount of $30 that is available until December 31, 2024. (discount is automatically applied at checkout).
If I purchase my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?
Your ticket will be sent to the email address used at the time of registration.
Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
For planning purposes, ticket sales will end 24 - 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
FREE parking will be provided on site at the event venue (no valet available).
I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

What is the theme of the luncheon?
The theme of the 2025 luncheon is “The Time to Launch Is Now”.
Where is the luncheon being held?
The 2025 luncheon will be held at the: Riverside EpiCenter, 35 Riverside Parkway, Austell, GA 30168.
Is childcare available during the luncheon?
Unfortunately, we do not have childcare available during the luncheon. We encourage attendees to make their own childcare arrangements for the duration of the event. However, we do recommend [alternative options like nearby childcare services] to help make your experience as smooth as possible.
Are any businesses or organizations showcasing their products or services at the event?
Yes. You’ll find a variety of vendors offering various products and services, including handmade goods, wellness products, books, or other relevant items. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support small businesses and women entrepreneurs.
Is there a registration deadline?
Yes, there are different registration deadlines. Early bird registration ends on December
31, 2024, after which the price will increase. The final deadline to register for the luncheon
is May 29, 2025, but spaces are filling up fast, so it’s best to sign up soon to avoid disappointment.
Are there networking opportunities during the luncheon?
Yes, there will be some networking opportunities available, such as during the breaks and lunch sessions. While the main focus of the luncheon is on the content and workshops, we encourage attendees to take advantage of the opportunities to connect with others.
Are there recommended hotels nearby?
Will there be virtual attendance options available?
Unfortunately, we are not offering a virtual attendance option for the 2025 luncheon. The event will be in-person only, but we encourage you to join us for a fully immersive
experience.
