Pitc’Her Perfect Pitch Competition  

The Pitc’Her Perfect Pitch

is comprised of two phases

PHASE I: Pitc’Her PERFECT SEMIFINALS

Phase I is open to Women-owned businesses throughout the state of Georgia. Interested entrepreneurs will complete an application and submit their capability statement and a three-minute video about their business. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges who will select ten individuals to advance to the final competition for the opportunity to win cash prizes of up to $1,500.00.

Pitch Competition Eligibility

To apply for the Pitc’Her Perfect Pitch competition:

  • The owner, or co-owner, of the company must be at least 21 years of age.

  • The company featured in the pitch must be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman and must be headquartered in the United States.

  • The applicant must be the owner, founder, CEO, or controlling shareholder of a company that has been operating for at least 1year and agree to the Pitc’Her competition guidelines.

  • Complete the application and submit your pitch video by April 30, 2025.

 

Should you apply? If you can answer yes to any of the questions below, you should apply today.

  1. Are you looking for funding and visibility to grow your business?

  2. You are a women-owned business that focus on community impact, social change, or sustainability?

  3. Do you believe that your business has a product or service that has proven demand in a particular market?

  4. Do you want to expose your product or service to individuals or corporations looking to do business with Women-owned businesses?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, YOU should apply to participate in the Pitc’Her competition today. The exposure that you will receive by applying is priceless.

Get yourself and your company out in front of your potential customers. Apply today and prepare to pitch your product/service in front of seasoned entrepreneurs. 

Fun Fact: Even if you are not selected to move to Phase II, your pitch will be seen by seasoned entrepreneurs who may be able to provide you with invaluable tools and resources to help you to grow and succeed. 

PHASE II: THE PITCH LIVE FINALS

Everyone who proceeds to Phase II will have an opportunity to win a cash prize of up to $1,500, by participating in the live finals.

Each participant will give a three-minute live virtual pitch to an audience of judges comprised of experienced industry professionals, including Precious L. Williams, 13-time National Elevator Pitch Champion who appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank.

Following each live pitch, the panel of judges will have up to three minutes for follow-up questions.

​

Three winners will be selected to receive one of these prizes.

First Place: $1,500.00 CASH + 30 minutes Coaching Call / Online Magazine Cover Interview w/ GLAMBITIOUS  (valued at $250)
Second Place: Pitching for Profit Masterclass, w/ Perfect Pitch Group (valued at $350)
Third Place: 10 hours of Virtual Assistance Services w/ ALJ Business & Notary Services  (valued at $350)

THE EVALUATION PROCESS

Both Phase I and Phase II pitches will be scored on the following criteria:

  1. Clarity of your presentation.

  2. Your ability to recognize and articulate problem(s) your company's product or service addresses.

  3. Your ability to describe how your company’s product or services solves the aforementioned problem.

  4. How clearly does your video present the expertise your company has in providing that solution.

  5. How well you identify the industry/company your product or service is designed to serve and why.

  6. How well do you respond, in the moment, to questions from the panel of judges.

Winners will be notified by email and posted on our website.

If you are not an award recipient, you are still a winner by participating in the Pitc’Her Perfect Pitch Competition!  This pitch competition will provide something more valuable than a prize or money; it will present you with the opportunity to hone your business pitch, gain exposure for your business and make connections with other entrepreneurs that could lead to future business opportunities.
